FIELD: conveyor transport. SUBSTANCE: proposed device for transportation and bending of flexible packing material contains conveyor with transporting devices gradually changing their orientation along part of conveyor length. Device is furnished with sucking box. Transporting devices include conveyor belt which is laid rectilinearly along part of conveyor length with constant orientation along sucking box which is provided with recess on side pointed to conveyor belt communicating with vacuum source. Conveyor belt has through holes arranged to transmit rarefaction from said recess to hold packing material transported by conveyor belt. Device contributes to effective, economic and properly limited heating of edge of packing material intended for thermal welding. EFFECT: improved reliability of device in operation. 10 cl, 2 dwg
