FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: housing of proposed one-wheel vehicle is essentially ellipsoid of revolution with protector on its outer surface. Outer ring with weights located in diametric plane of housing is installed inside housing coaxially with its axis of rotation. Reduction gears differentials are secured on reduction gears which, in their turn, are secured on end face surfaces of housing. Mating bevel gears of differentials are secured on outer ring. Shafts of differential planet pinion carriers coaxial to housing axis extend from reduction gears being axles of rotation of outer ring and inner ring of driver's cab, cardan suspension arranged inside outer ring. Bushings for winding on chains of weights of outer ring with brakes are arranged on carrier shaft extension between outer ring and inner ring. Roller chains secured on weights of outer ring pass from chain winding bushings. Weights of outer ring are secured by locks on their initial places in diametric plane of housing. Weights are installed for synchronous displacement along outer ring in different directions and different distances from diametric plane of housing to stops on outer ring. Longitudinal sections of axle on cardan suspension inner ring brought into cab the part of steering gear making it possible to displace cab gravity center located at definite distance from housing axis in cross plane of one-wheel vehicle. Cab accommodates also brake pedal, chain winding bushing brake pedal and accelerator pedal. EFFECT: simplified design, possibility of tilting vehicles at cornering. 2 cl, 2 dwg
