FIELD: transport engineering: all-terrain vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control system and it is aimed at improving service properties of axle of all-terrain vehicle. Proposed control system of all-terrain vehicle contains spherical wheels, spherical wheel reduction gears and systems of bevel gears of spherical wheels, spherical wheels tilting horizontal hinge joints and spherical wheel tilting control linkage. Each system of bevel gears is made up of two relatively engaged bevel gears, driven and driving ones. Driving bevel gear of each system rotates together with axle of spherical wheel tilting horizontal hinge joint. Driven bevel gear, horizontal hinge joint with driving bevel gear, and reduction gear of spherical wheel are assembled in common housing with sealing of output from housing only for axle of spherical wheel and one of ends of spherical wheel tilting horizontal hinge joint through which torque is transmitted.
EFFECT: improved sealing of said unit, facilitated its servicing, transmission of torque through axle of spherical wheel tilting horizontal hinge joint of all-terrain vehicle axle.
