FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: wheels of vehicle are provided with at least double spokes rocking in cross plane. Wheel spokes are secured on hollow axle through which tie-steam passes getting outside the spokes through definite value. Double spoke are combined into parallelograms in which two sides are spokes proper and two other sides are part of hub and sector of rim. With parallelogram being tilted, its peripheral base displaces in parallel with vehicle axis. Outer spokes of parallelograms are provided with hinge joints connected by straight-line supports-tie rods with hinge joints of tie rod-steam. Displacement of tie-rod-steam inside hollow axle under action of release bearings decreases and increases opposite diameters of wheels of each axle. Increase of one diameter and decrease of other diameter of wheels of one axle provide possibility of turning of system of wheel pairs to the left or right. System of levers and tie-rods synchronizes process of decreasing and increasing of wheel diameters on both axles with angle of turning of vehicle front part relative to rear part.
