SUBSTANCE: invention describes piperazine-cyclodextrin complex formed by 3-[2-[4-(3-chloro-2-methylphenyl)-1-piperazinyl] -ethyl] -5,6-dimethoxy-1-(4- imidazolylmethyl)- -1H- indazole and water-soluble derivative of cyclodextrin where indicated derivative of cyclodextrin represents sulfobutyl-β--cyclodextrin either hydroxyl-β-cyclodextrin or its salt. Invention describes also agent for treatment of diseases of circulation and brain diseases that comprises above indicated complex as an active component.
