FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: such derivatives of fluorine-containing pyridonecarboxylic acid as ophloxations, levophloxations, norphloxations, enoxations, cyprophloxations, lomephloxations, fleroxations, diphloxations and tosuphloxations readily exhibit anti-IDV activity and are useful therapeutic agents employed for treating diseases caused by given immunity deficiency virus. When used in combination with azidothimidine, didesoxynozine or didesoxycytidine, these derivatives of fluorine-containing pyridonecarboxylic acid show intensive anti-IDV activity. EFFECT: excellent properties.
