FIELD: railway transport; permanent way. SUBSTANCE: proposed rail fastening contains baseplate 1 with holes to end parts 2 and flanges 3 to accommodate rail foot 4, under-rail gasket 9, spring clamps 5 made of round rod curved to form "C" whose straight-line ends 7 are bent in-wards, and fasteners 6 placed in holes of baseplate and tie. Each clamp 5 is installed so that its side with inward bent ends can engage with upper surface of rail foot, and its opposite straight-line part, with end part of baseplate. Ends of clamp are installed for engagement with end part of baseplate. Under-rail part of baseplate is located than its end parts providing transmission of transverse loads from rail foot to tie at lower level of its depending to place of location of baseplate-to-tie fasteners. Gasket between under-rail part of baseplate and rail foot is made of resilient material. Rigid isolating tie gasket 10 with holes for said fasteners is installed under baseplate. Gasket 10 follows profiles of parts of baseplate and tie in contact with said gasket. EFFECT: prevention of transmission of transverse loads to baseplate-to- tie fasteners. 3 cl, 2 dwg
