FIELD: railway transport; permanent way.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to continuous rail tracks, particularly, to devices for fastening rails to reinforced-concrete and wooden ties. Proposed rail fastening contains baseplate with flanges in horizontal cuts are made, rail chair, threaded fasteners and spring clamps made of round bent rod whose middle section is installed for interaction with uppersurface of rail foot and their rectilinear ends are fitted with interference in said cuts of baseplate flanges. Second section adjoins rectilinear ends of first section of clamp. Second section is made in cross plane section, being made in form of conjugated rectilinear and curved parts. Horizontal cuts in baseplate flanges are made along axis of symmetry in form of two projections pointed inwards the cut, and provided with chamfers in upper parts. Rectilinear ends of clamps are arranged under these projections. Rigid pad is placed between tie and baseplate and flexible pad, between rail and baseplate.
EFFECT: simplified mounting and demounting of rail fastenings, possibility of mechanization of work, standardization of fastenings for reinforced-concrete and woods ties, possibility of straightening by level.
