FIELD: electrical engineering; handling high-voltage circuits. SUBSTANCE: device has n series-connected controlled switches, first capacitor connected in parallel with one of switches, and (n 1) series RC circuits. Control input of first control switch is connected to output of external control signal source; first leads of RC circuit resistors are connected to cathodes of next controlled switches starting from second one whose control inputs are connected to second leads of resistors and to capacitor leads of RC circuits. First capacitor is connected across first controlled switch and second leads of RC circuit capacitors are connected to anodes of next controlled switches starting from second one. EFFECT: enhances speed and reliability due to simultaneous operation of switching components; reduced switching surges. 1 cl, 1 dwg
