SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out sufficient splenectomy and spleen tissue perforated fragment is autotransplanted into liver wound with the fragment being fixed with U-shaped sutures through splenic transplant capsule retained in peripheral part.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; retained liver wound tightness; reduced risk of postoperative hyposplenicism.
