FIELD: medicine, vascular surgery. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with carrying out venectomy at varicosis. One should perform incisions above vein's inflows of 2-3 mm length at the whole distance of varicosed vein, withdraw and cross the vein's loop. Needle with ligature is passed at the section of vein between two incisions. One should apply the vein onto ligature as a tourniquet by rotating its ends in opposite direction. Then the vein should be withdrawn. The method enables to prevent the rupture at withdrawing an affected vein. EFFECT: higher efficiency of venectomy. 3 dwg, 1 ex
