FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has ultrasonic generator, the first electroacoustic radiator having exponential ultrasonic condenser, tube connected to vacuum production device. The ultrasonic generator, modulating pulse oscillator and switch are connected in series. The first and the second outlets of the switch are connected to the first and the second electroacoustic radiators outlet ends of which are introduced into the first and the second branch from polyvinyl chloride or latex tube. The third branch of tube is connected to the vacuum production device and the outlet is introduceable into cerebral cavity. The working frequency of the first electroacoustic radiator fΔact, is determined from condition , where Emp, υmp•ρmp - are the Young modulus, Poisson coefficient and tube material density, respectively, a,δ are the radius and thickness of tube, Δ is the working frequency excess value over the critical frequency of wave guide ultrasound propagation in the tube, 0.1 <0.99.
