FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making linear incision of skin and subcutaneous fat, arc-shaped dissection of thoracolumbar fascia with its base turned to spinal processes line. Paravertebral muscles are separated from spinal processes and arches, yellow ligament resection is carried out and arch is removed under visual control of dural sac, radices and epidural veins safety, integrity of spinal process, supraspinous and interspinous ligament. The paravertebral muscles are attached to the interspinous ligament. EFFECT: prevented cicatrix formation between the dural sac and soft tissues. 4 dwg
