FIELD: expansible medical implant for clearance of securing of tubular organ. SUBSTANCE: the stent is formed of a great number of scalene elements having elongated ribs bent for formation of the arc of the circle of the tubular element, and end steps attached to the elongated ribs. The elongated ribs of the adjacent scalene elements are practically parallel with one another, and are caught with a slip by the end steps of the adjacent scalene elements. The slip of the end steps along the arc of the circle determined by the engaged ribs creates a variable distance in the circumference between the end steps of the adjacent scalene elements. Respectively, has the first diameter, at which the distance in the circumference between the end steps of the adjacent scalene elements is reduced, and the variable second diameter, at which the distance in the circumference between the end steps of the adjacent scalene elements is increased. EFFECT: minimized repeated stenosis. 21 cl, 29 dwg
