FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely to a flexible stent or a stent of increased flexibility installed in luminal structure of a living organism for lumen expansion and to a catheter-stent system including such a catheter. The stent for blood clot capture is made with the possibility of insertion into a catheter and ejection from it. The stent has a cellular structure formed with wire surrounding cells and made of biocompatible material. Sets from the first cell row with large hole area and sets from the second cell row with a hole area less than the hole area of the first row cells are alternately located in the cellular structure in the axial direction. When ejecting the catheter from blood vessel into the free state, stent is made in such a way that it is ejected from the catheter by turning with swinging with further expansion. The catheter-stent system for blood clot capture contains a catheter and the above-mentioned stent, which is inserted into the catheter and is made with the possibility of ejection from the catheter.
EFFECT: inventions provide for better fit of the stent to the blood vessel due to the configuration of stent operation on burrowing into the blood clot.
