FIELD: medicine, in particular, ophthalmologic instruments designed for exfoliation of the cornea at an interlayer circular keratoplasty. SUBSTANCE: the instrument consists of a centering vacuum mechanism with a supporting base that has an annular groove connected to the source of vacuum, and a cylindrical bush with the working section with a blade secured on it with the aid of a holder. The area of the supporting base exceeds the area of the annular groove at least by two times. The tool working section is made detachable, a trough is provided on its outer side for laying of thread in it, and the end of the working section is made in the form of a flat spatula with a hole located in parallel with the instrument vertical axis. The inside diameter of the instrument working section is selected in the inverse relationship with the value of the corrected myopia. The vacuum mechanism has windows for visual inspection of its proper installation. EFFECT: reduced traumatism of the cornea, more exact correction of the myopia. 6 cl, 7 dwg
