Abstract RU 2217392 C2

FIELD: manufacture of building materials; production of high-temperature insulating materials from super-thin basalt fiber. SUBSTANCE: proposed unit includes heating surface with melting bath connected with auxiliary heating chamber by means of inclined changeable drain pipe provided with lining made from high-temperature refractory material; auxiliary heating chamber is provided with gas burner. Located under dispensing end of inclined changeable drain pipe is receiver for high-melting mineral melt in form of refractory crucible performing function of stabilizer of hydraulic pressure and rate of escape of high-melting mineral melt from central shaped port to its bottom. Crucible-stabilizer is mounted in additional heating chamber. Central shaped port of bottom is connected with upper zone of blasting head diffuser by means of through vertical supply passage. Heating furnace is provided with recuperator for heating gaseous energy carrier (air). Blasting head is provided with tangential nozzles in dispersing zone for delivery under pressure of gaseous energy carrier (air) heated to 300 C.
