FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for fiber production. Proposed device comprises combustion chamber with reaction zone. On combustion chamber housing nozzle device is fixed in form of slotted nozzle. Fiber-directing plate is arranged parallel to the slotted nozzle edge. Wedge-like refractory element having a section in the form of an isosceles triangle is placed in the reaction zone with the possibility of movement in the longitudinal direction. On the fiber-guiding plate there are made with cross-section of radius of 1.1…1.2 coinciding with direction and quantity of primary threads grooves of variable cross section radius of primary threads and maximum depth equal to primary threads radius. Grooves are located at an angle to the plane of the fiber directing plate, which faces the slotted nozzle, is not less than the arc tangent of the ratio of the radius of the primary threads of the molten raw material to the height of the fiber-guiding plate.
EFFECT: reduced content of non-fibrous inclusions in the obtained fiber.
