FIELD: medicine, analytical chemistry. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the composition containing the following components, wt. -%: luminol, 0.008-0.25; potassium or sodium alkali, 0.4-1.2; Trilon B, 0.008-1.5; water, the balance. Properties of composition are stable at environment temperature in the range from +2 C to +40 C and atmosphere pressure for 30 days. Invention allows determination of cations of metals with transient valence and microorganisms with high precision degree. Composition is universal and simple in using. Invention can be used in assay of components in water and aqueous solutions and bacterial vegetative cells in different liquids also. EFFECT: valuable properties of composition. 2 cl, 1 tbl
