FIELD: production of working shoes and bootlegs for working boots. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compositions of high-molecular compounds, namely to production of leatherette on the basis of suspension of KIRSA-type polyvinylchloride, intended for manufacture of the working shoes and bootlegs for boots. The polyvinylchloride coating is applied on the cotton warp under action of temperature and pressure. As the cotton warp they use a cotton fabric with the surface density of 240-380 g/m2, on which at the temperature of 150- 170 C they first apply a coat including: polyvinylchloride suspension, dioctyl phthalate, a barium-cadmium stearate, butadiene-nitrile rubber, stearic acid, calcium stearate, chalk, technical carbon and pigment. After cooling the formed surface at the temperature of 30-35 C is deposited with a layer of 100-120 g/m2 mass, consisting of polyvinylchloride suspension, dioctylphthalate, calcium stearate and epoxidated resin. At that the ratio of the cotton warp and a double layer coating makes accordingly 1: 2.6 - 1:3.2. EFFECT: the invention ensures high performances of wearability and strength; the first layer composition well permeates the cotton warp, penetrates into it and does not scale at wearing. 3 tbl
