FIELD: construction industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing first polyvinyl chloride composition and manufacturing first transparent face film; preparing second polyvinyl chloride composition and manufacturing second film; connecting second film with its one side to transparent face film; preparing third composition and manufacturing third film; arranging third film between base and second film; applying printed pattern onto second film and connecting it with transparent face film. Composition for manufacture of third film comprises artificial leather regenerate, i.e., torn waste material. Method is used for manufacture of finishing polyvinyl chloride materials used as covering for floors in industrial premises and dwellings.
