FIELD: polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: method consists in that film made from composition containing, wt parts: suspension polyvinylchloride 100, dioctyl phthalate 45-55, stearic acid 0.3-0.8, calcium stearate 2.5-3.5, and chalk and pigments 1-3 is preliminarily coated at 30-35 C with adhesive layer having specific mass 120- 150 g/sq.m composed of, wt parts: emulsion polyvinylchloride 100, product based on mixture of dioxane alcohols and their high-boiling ethers 60-70, dioctyl phthalate 22- 30, and calcium stearate 1.0-2.0, which layer serves to join film with support. The latter is needle-punched fabric with density 400-850 g/sq.m made from fibrous materials. Starting material for needle-punched fabric are natural and artificial fabrics taken in ratio from 30:50 to 50:70, respectively. Material can be utilized for inside finishing of heat-retention cowl jackets and facing of radioactive coolers of different vehicles.
