SUBSTANCE: proposed elastically damping unit is used in carrier containing tie-rod 1 with stops 2. stepped hollow bolt 5 in contact with outer and inner elastic members is turned into tie-rod. Bolt 6 turned into threaded hole of tie-rod is used to lock hollow bolt. When assembling carrier, adjustable compression of elastic members takes place preventing getting of elastic members 3 and 4 onto surface 7, according to first design version, and intersection of resultants of arising forces with longitudinal axis of carrier (unit) in zone of middle stop and/or behind the stop, according to second design version.
