FIELD: tire industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to stand tests of automobile tires aimed at determining tribotechnical parameters of tire treads. Proposed device contains measuring element placed in cavity of support plate to contact with outer surface of tire tread. Measuring element is made in form of ball resting onto relatively perpendicular pairs of parallel axle interacting with cross and longitudinal slip sensors. Invention makes it possible to check simultaneously considerable slips of tread relative to support surface in longitudinal and cross directions at minimum violation of real conditions in zone of contact.
