FIELD: system analyzing content of metals-impurities in food products, water and vegetables. SUBSTANCE: value pH equal to 2.6-3.0 is set in analyzed sample, chelating agent is added, prepared suspension of complexes is transferred into separating funnel and is extracted with chloroform, chloroform extract is evaporated, dry residual is dissolved in acetonitrile and separated in chromatographic column filled with inverted-phase sorbent C8 ( 5.0 mcm ) with subsequent ultraviolet detection on wave length 262.9 nm. Mobile phase ( eluent ) of determined composition 60:40:2 ( acetonitrile: 0.2M acetate buffer solution: chloroform ) is utilized. EFFECT: solution of problem of quantitative and qualitative determination of iron as independent component in vegetables, products of processed fruits and berries and in atmospheric precipitation. 1 cl, 1 tbl
