SUBSTANCE: device has set of scintillation light guides uniformly distributed within flask holding medium under investigation, each of them being connected on two ends with two time-and-position sensing photodetectors through light guide; photodetectors are connected to coincidence unit and the latter is connected to signal analyzing and processing unit which is connected to gamma detector.
