Charging-discharging device comprising filters first and second capacitors, first and second MIS-transistors and first and second diodes, choke coil, to ensure the possibility of restoring the operation of the SES SV, the device further comprises a battery charge sensor and an additional third MIS transistor.
EFFECT: charging-discharging device is proposed.
