FIELD: electrical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical equipment, in particular to the autonomous objects power supply systems (PSS) using batteries as energy storage devices. In order to extend the charging voltage range beyond the primary source voltage level, to the charging and discharging device comprising the first and second filter capacitors, first and second MIS transistors and the first and second diodes, voltage inverter and rectifier including winding with the middle point and the third and fourth diodes are additionally introduced, at that, the winding middle point is connected to the first capacitor first terminal, the winding beginning and ending are connected to the third and fourth rectifier diodes anodes, and their cathodes are connected to the first MIS transistor drain.
EFFECT: extension of the charging voltage range.
