FIELD: medicine, obstetrics. SUBSTANCE: in pregnant woman one should control hemodynamic values in functional system as mother- placenta-fetus: circulation rate is determined in umbilical cord, average cerebral artery of fetus and uterine arteries to calculate by them systolic-diastolic ratio of circulation rates' curves, indices of circulation resistance and cerebroplacental ratio, detect deviations of obtained values against the norm, by these values in the third trimester of pregnancy one should inject mildronate for pregnant woman at the quantity of 5.0 ml 10%-solution in 200 ml 0.9%-sodium chloride solution daily intravenously. Mentioned hemodynamic values are measured before infusion and next day after it and at their deviation against the norm one should carry out repeated infusions to reach the value of systolic-diastolic ratio in umbilical cord artery being not more than 3.0 and value of cerebroplacental ratio - not less than 1.0, simultaneously.
