FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: patients should undergo echocardiography to detect dopplerographic values of transmitral circulation in initial state and during the sample with nitroglycerin. One should calculate alteration in the ratio of rates for earlier filling and atrium systole and time for delaying the phase of earlier filling. By the data obtained one should diagnose diastolic dysfunction of left ventricle. The method is simple and enables to detect pathology at earlier stages.
