FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with experimental investigations in small- sized animals. Choledochus is crossed in supraduodenal part, distal choledochal department is crossed. Ligatures used for ligation of proximal choledochal part are applied as holders. Cylinder is sutured to duodenal wall. Allotransplant is used to model a cylinder. It the center of cylinder an opening is made being equal to choledochal diameter. Cylinder is put onto proximal choledochal part. Ligatures are directed through anterior duodenal wall to be withdrawn 1 cm distally in area of descending department. Ligatures are tightened up. In peculiar case, the above- mentioned opening in the center of cylinder could be made with CO2 laser at 10.6 mcm wave length and 10 W power. The method enables to simplify choledochoduodenostomy procedure. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 cl, 1 dwg, 1 ex
