FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves making hydrogen enriched in parahydrogen to make reaction with hydrogenizable magnetic resonance visualization agent predecessor having nucleus having nuclear spin not equal to zero and being other than 1H for producing hydrated magnetic resonance visualization agent; introducing the mentioned magnetic resonance visualization agent into the sample; exposing the sample to radiation, frequency of which is selected in a way that nuclear spin transitions are excited of the mentioned nucleus having nuclear spin not equal to zero, in the mentioned hydrated magnetic resonance visualization agent; detecting magnetic resonance signals of the said nucleus having nuclear spin not equal to zero from the said sample; optionally producing image or functional biological data or dynamic data flow from the said detected signals. EFFECT: wide range of diagnostic applications under retained visual control of patient. 24 cl, 17 dwg, 1 tbl
