FIELD: medicine and veterinary medicine, applicable for treatment of various diseases by influence on the object treatment by electrified molecules of medicines through the respiratory organs, as well as through the skin of open body areas. SUBSTANCE: the device has a high-voltage source, whose one pole is grounded, and hydrophilic electrodes (one or more) connected to the other pole of the source. The electrodes are made in the form of paper strips or threads clamped between two parallel guides. The ends of the mentioned paper strips or threads are dispersed relative to one another and brought out of the space between the guides to a length within 3 to 30 mm. For increasing the stiffness and emission capacity the paper strips are bent along, and their ends brought out of the space are cut off at an acute angle relative to the bend line. Spacers of hydrophilic paper or cloth, for examples gauze, are installed between the parallel guides. EFFECT: enhanced ion emission. 4 cl, 2 dwg
