FIELD: separation of heterogeneous media. SUBSTANCE: proposed cyclone has housing consisting of cylindrical and conical sections with load-bearing casing made from glass-reinforced plastic and fastened with inner protective rubber lining by means of adhesive over entire mating surface; end flanges are provided with cylindrical or conical circular collars which are located between load-bearing casing and inner protective rubber lining and are fastened with said lining by means of vulcanization and by means of adhesive with load-bearing casing. According to version 1, manufacture of includes molding of cylindrical and conical sections of housing; inner protective rubber lining is molded first; to this end, raw rubber is placed on technological mandrel and end flanges provided with circular collars are mounted simultaneously in such position that circular collar embrace inner protective rubber lining; then, vulcanization is performed, after which adhesive is applied on outer surfaces of inner protective rubber lining and circular collars of end flanges and load-bearing casing is molded from glass-reinforced plastic by applying longitudinal and transversal layers of glass fiber material impregnated in polymer binder and hardened afterwards by cold or hot polymerization. According to version 2, inner protective rubber lining is molded first by laying raw rubber on technological mandrel at simultaneous mounting end flanges fitted with circular collars in such position that collars embrace inner protective rubber lining; then, adhesive is applied on outer surfaces of inner protective rubber lining and circular collars of end flanges , after which load-bearing casing is molded from glass-reinforced plastic; to this end, longitudinal and transversal layers of glass fiber material impregnated in polymer binder are applied on inner protective rubber lining and simultaneous vulcanization of raw rubber and hardening of glass-reinforced plastic are performed at vulcanization temperature.
