FIELD: rigid pipes.
SUBSTANCE: multilayer pipe comprises inner protecting layer made of durable material, intermediate layer, and outer protecting layer made of a composition material. The layers are interconnected. The pipe has fittings for connecting the pipe with adjacent pipes or valving members. The inner protecting layer and intermediate layer are interconnected through the flexible cords. The intermediate layer is made of a polymeric concrete reinforced with the longitudinal rods rigidly connected with the fittings to define reinforcing frames. The method comprises moulding the inner protecting layer, intermediate layer, and outer protecting layer with the use of a mandrel, laying the reinforcing members, and securing fittings for connecting with the adjacent pipes or valving members.
EFFECT: reduced labor consumptions and cost.
