FIELD: anti-icing systems of flying vehicles. SUBSTANCE: proposed system is base on change of adhesion strength of ice stuck to surface. System is made in form of sectional coat made in various versions. According to one version, sectional coat includes electrode wires and fibers of insulator. Electrode wires are connected with DC bias source and work as cathodes and anodes in turn. According to another version, sectional coat includes both current-conducting wires and crossing wires. Sectional coat is located on conducting surface of object. Opposite DC biases are applied to surface and to sectional coat. According to another version, sectional coat includes anode and cathode wires interwoven with insulator fibers. When direct current flows through ice, gaseous hydrogen and oxygen are formed on ice surface due to electrolysis, thus decreasing adhesion strength of ice and removing it by air flow. EFFECT: enhanced safety of flights. 27 cl, 5 dwg
