SUBSTANCE: invention present a method of the chemical treatment of manganese ores to produce chemically dressing concentrates for the iron and steel industry. The method to produce manganese oxides from manganese sulfate includes settling of manganese compounds with the help of a reagent. Settling of manganese oxides is conducted by its oxidation with the help of oxygen, and the air from manganese ammoniates formed in the triple system - ammonium sulfate, manganese sulfate, ammonia. At that concentration of the initial solution is within the limits stability of the triple system and makes: ammonium sulfate - from 20 up to 25 %, manganese sulfate - from 2 up to 200 g/l, ammonia - from 0.5 up to 20 g/l. EFFECT: simplification of the process and production of a much cleaner product.
