Moreover smear's dyeing is performed with dye-stuff prepared upon water at pH = 5.0, and smear is washed with distilled water for 15-20 min to remove excessive dye-stuff, the search for erythrocytes affected with hemoparasitic infections is carried out from the beginning of the smear by observing it further along its superior and inferior edges.
