FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to laboratory methods of research, express-method for diagnostics of infectious disease accompanied by presence of microorganisms in blood. Way of express-method of blood flow infection diagnostics includes identification of microorganisms in blood by method of blood smear microscopy with immersion and magnification ×1000, with smear being prepared from leukocyte layer of venous blood with application of "two glasses" technique. After drying distilled water is poured on smear, covering its entire area, after 3-5 s destructed erythrocytes are washed away and smear is dried. After fixation above burner flame and Gram-staining, microscopy of obtained smear is realised by provision of colourless background of blood smear.
EFFECT: invention ensures increased efficiency of diagnostics of blood flow infection due to possibility of identification of Gram-positive and Gram-negative microorganisms with preservation of simplicity and availability of diagnostics.
