FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: method includes virulent blood sampling and inactivation of the latter. At the same time blood sampling is done from that biological object that needs vaccine. Further blood is previously centrifuged, plasma is removed, sterile distilled water is added to remained erythrocyte mass in ratio of 1:(1.5-2.0), shaken for 7-12 minutes for complete lysis of blood cells, prepared blood lystae is maintained for 21 days at the temperature of 15-25°, then 4% solution of gentamicin is added to lysate, as well as 15% solution of clindamycin, and maintained for 7 days.
EFFECT: invention provides for preparation of efficient and safe vaccine and makes it possible to significantly reduce costs for preparation of vaccine material.
