SUBSTANCE: novelty is furnishing device with new parts and interconnections listed in description of invention that enable the following: new approach to separation of synchronous information about carrier-wave phase shift from operating signal without causing additional noise; interaction between carrier-wave phase control systems responding to operating signal and single-frequency pilot signal disposed beyond operating signal spectrum with the result that carrier phasing resultant characteristics are improved; elimination of fast carrierwave phase fluctuations using adaptive compensation method; and joint operation of proposed device and pilot signal using and not using modems.
