FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to laparoscopic hernioplasty. Abdominal wall is prepared on the side of the abdominal cavity to install a mesh graft inserted into the abdominal cavity. It is recorded using a Berci needle, through which all layers of the abdominal wall and the mesh graft from the outside to the inside are pierced through a pre-cut skin. Absorbent suture is introduced into the abdominal cavity and its one end is caught in the clamping part of the needle. Half the length of the suture is withdrawn and the needle is repeatedly inserted into the abdominal cavity in the immediate vicinity of the first puncture to form a stitch. Thereafter, the intra-abdominal end of the filament is withdrawn from the abdominal cavity to form a knot without tension and immersed under the skin. Number of stitches is performed until reliable fixation. Integrity of the peritoneum over the mesh transplant is restored with an intracorporeal suture.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to form stitches of different length due to changing direction of needle pricks, due to which there is no movement of small nerve endings, time of suturing stage is reduced, and also reliability of through suture is provided.
