FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves opening articulation capsule on its frontal surface along femur neck axis. U-shaped intertrochanteric osteotomy is carried out and then femur neck area between lysis zone and intertrochanteric osteotomy is subperiosteally exposed and the femur neck is partially resected at the paraepiphyseal zone level so that the treated surface corresponds to dome-shaped epiphysis base. Osteosynthesis is carried out with 3 screws in correction position. Two screws of the appropriate size are conducted via cervix from external surface side of proximal portion of the femur in crosswise manner. Screw of lesser size is additionally introduced into femur neck epiphysis from the frontal surface of the femur neck. Exactness of the done correction is evaluated immediately after osteosynthesis for restoring normal movement amplitude in the hip joint. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 1 dwg
