FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to children's ortopedics. In pre-operation period systolic rate of blood flow and indices of resistance of deep femoral artery and lateral thigh-enveloping artery are determined and taken for the norm. Osteosynthesis of femoral bone with ensuring femoral epiphysis fixation is performed. Intertrochanteric hinged osteotomy is realised. Greater trachanter with attached muscles is cut off. Greater trochanter is displaced onto posterior surface of trochanteric area. In post-operation period rotational displacement of neck and head of hip is performed ensuring bringing out femoral head into position of norm-correction. In post-operation period each 4-5 days said indices are re-determined. If their values decrease by up to 15% from norm, dosed rotational displacement of femoral neck and head is performed. If said indices decrease by more than 15% from norm, dose rotational displacement is stopped and physiofunctional treatment is carried out.
EFFECT: method ensures controlled elimination of femoral epiphysis displacement, reduction of risk of development of post-operation complications.
