FIELD: electrostatic deposition of laminary flow at using laminary stream for extracting microscopic particles carried by means of gas flow. SUBSTANCE: according to first variant of invention apparatus includes housing connected with gas duct; first power source; device for electrostatically charging particles arranged inside housing and communicated with gas duct for supplying flow of passing gas; second power source; agglomerating section for collecting particles and collection section for collecting agglomerated particles transferred from agglomerating section. The last includes large number of electrode plates placed in parallel one relative to another for forming laminary flow of gas passing through them. Apparatus according to second variant of invention includes charging section constituted by large number of mutually parallel flat electrode plates.
