FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has basic classified product collector, adsorber equipped with working chamber, inlet and outlet branch pipes, outlet collector and outside circulation contour for treatment of classified product. Outside circulation contour is provided with flow joining device for joining of circulating classified product flow under treatment process and flow of untreated classified product. Apparatus is further provided with filter for separating of treated classified product from adsorber and collector for treated classified product. Circulation mixer arranged inside adsorber is comprised of circulation flow speed regulator and reversing feeder. Circulation flow speed regulator has circulation collector and expanding chamber. Reversing feeder has lower inlet and upper outlet chambers. Each of said chambers is equipped with tangential inlet branch pipe and tangential outlet branch pipe respectively for introducing and discharge of circulation flow. Circulation flow is provided with flow joining device for joining of circulating classified product flow, which is under treatment process and is delivered from adsorber, and flow of newly prepared classified untreated product with adsorbent and circulation flow divider adapted for dividing circulation flow into two flows introduced into adsorber: one flow being introduced into adsorber inlet branch pipe and other flow being introduced into inlet branch pipe of lower inlet chamber of reversing feeder. Circulation collector is communicated through radial branch pipes and expansion chamber with upper outlet chamber of reversing feeder via adapter collector through throttle openings. Piston is positioned for sliding inside adapter collector and closing of throttle openings. Inlet branch pipe is arranged in lower part of discharge nozzle, which is directed downward, and is adapted for creating of countercurrent flows of circulating mixture. Method involves preparing mixture of classified product with adsorbent by continuously introducing adsorbent; providing circulation of said in adsorber; forming active and moderate mixing zones and stagnation zone above moderate mixing zone; introducing newly prepared mixture of absorbent and classified product; accompanying mixing and circulation procedures with alternatively changing pressure increasing and reducing procedures; withdrawing treated classified product and used adsorbent from stagnation zone. EFFECT: improved quality of end product. 15 cl, 4 dwg
