FIELD: food industry, liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for treatment of vodkas from aldehyde impurities. An aqueous-alcoholic solution is subjected for the preliminary treatment in sand, carbon and cartridge filters at the rate 1.5 m/h and then passed through ion-exchange resin at the rate 10-15 charge volume/h. Weak-base anion-exchange resin in OH-form comprising functional groups as secondary and/or primary amines is sued as resin. Proposed invention provides enhancing quality of vodka and simplifying equipments used in realization of the method.
EFFECT: improved treatment method.
