FIELD: erection of small-size underground garages for individual cars. SUBSTANCE: underground garage has body located in pit with platform which is joined by means of posts with roof and with lifting and lowering device. Body is made in the form of box. Underground garage may be made with platform having retainers of its vertical position which are regulated by car wheel tracks with plank treads. Garage may be made with plank treads to which ramp is hinged. Garage may be made with posts in the form of pipes in which working members of lifting and lowering device are located. Garage may be made with roof in the form of bottom plate to whose side the brackets are attached to form main benches. EFFECT: improved operating characteristics and ecological properties. 5 cl, 5 dwg
