FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multifunctional pipe valves and fittings to be used as shutoff and shutoff-and-regulating device in wide range of working parameters of different working media. Proposed universal combination gate has hermetically sealed housing with seat and cover, rotary plate installed on rotating axle and bypass valve built into rotary plate. Axis of valve does not coincide with axis of plate rotation. Common drive provides control over rectilinear displacement of valve and rotation of plate. Invention is aimed at decreasing forces required for control of working medium flow and gate working travel owing to successive additional of two independent movements at translational movement of drive mechanism.
