FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to piping valves and is intended to control the working fluid medium in HP main pipelines at high working medium flow rates with abrasive inclusions. Valve includes body with flanges forming inlet and outlet valve openings and seats with conical sealing surface. In the housing there installed are segments with eccentricity relative to sealing planes and axis of sealing surface of seats. Turning drive provides the covering of seats with segments in closed position or full opening of valve throat in open position. Valve is equipped with bypass line. The latter includes the shutoff device of normally open action, which is located at the outlet of inner valve cavity, two non-return valves providing the connection of shutoff device to inlet or outlet opening of the valve depending on the working medium flow direction. Each seat consists of spring-loaded floating piston with restricted axial movement and housing of seat with conical surface. Piston is provided with radial seals and sealing surface with possibility of its additional one-sided compression against working medium pressure difference. Housing of seat has conical surface being the support surface for spherical surface of the segment when the valve is in closed position.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at enlarging functional capabilities of the design of shutoff valve with double-sided direction of working medium flow, with reduced mass and dimensions parameters and using the drives with low torque moment.
